職位描述
崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)各類線上傳播項(xiàng)目媒介策略，包括方案制定、排期執(zhí)行、廣告投放發(fā)布、報(bào)告撰寫
2.有能力獨(dú)立完成媒介數(shù)據(jù)及資源的收集、整理和分析工作，處理各種突發(fā)狀況；
3.及時(shí)洞察行業(yè)最新資訊，收集各類媒體資料；
4.各類投放資源的開拓和推薦，結(jié)合公司發(fā)展需求拓展媒體合作，更新媒體資源庫。包括但不僅限于：傳統(tǒng)媒體、新媒體、各類APP、自媒體賬號等;
5.負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)公司與媒體間良好的合作關(guān)系
1. Responsible for media strategy for all kinds of online communication projects, including program development, scheduling, advertising release, report writing;
2. Ability to independently complete the media data and resources collection, collation and analysis, deal with various emergencies;
3. Timely insight into the latest industry information, collect all kinds of media information;
4. All Kinds of investment resources development and recommendation, combined with the company's development needs to expand media cooperation, update the media resource base. Including but not limited to: traditional media, new media, all kinds of apps, self-media accounts, etc;
5.Responsible for maintaining a good relationship between the company and the media.
任職要求：
1. 五年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或廣告行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉時(shí)尚、快消品行業(yè)，熟悉廣告運(yùn)作；
2. 耐心、細(xì)致，有非常好的服務(wù)精神，有較好的分析及應(yīng)變能力，邏輯分析能力強(qiáng)；
3.有良好的表達(dá)，溝通及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力，同理心、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)；
4.有較好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，抗壓力，心理素質(zhì)強(qiáng)，性格外向；
1. At least 5 years relevant experience in Internet or advertising industry, familiar with fashion, FMCG industry, familiar with advertising operation;
2. Patient, meticulous, have very good service spirit, have good analysis and strain ability, logical analysis ability;
3. Good presentation, communication and teamwork skills, empathy, strong sense of responsibility;
4. Good organization and coordination ability, pressure resistance, strong psychological quality, outgoing personality;
