職位描述
崗位職責：
1. 清晰理解客戶和受眾的需求，與文案相互協(xié)作，著重從視覺方面發(fā)想創(chuàng)意；
2. 產出業(yè)務所需的內容視覺創(chuàng)作（包含并不限于KV.TVC.social等）；
3. 熟練制作各種創(chuàng)意廣告圖的產出，并能協(xié)助其他部門或伙伴共同完成項目；
4. 參與項目的創(chuàng)意概念發(fā)想，能提出獨特見解，將客戶需求轉化為高品質的廣告作品；
5. 協(xié)助總監(jiān)把控項目創(chuàng)作節(jié)奏.執(zhí)行質量，能夠理解創(chuàng)意策略，具有商業(yè)傳播思維。
1. Fully understand the need of our clients and target audience, cooperate with copywriters, and lay emphasis on visual creativity;
2. Create visual contents required by business (including but not limited to KV, TVC, social, etc.);
3. Familiar with the production of all kinds of advertising pictures, and be able to assist other departments/partners to complete projects;
4. Engage in the development of creative concept and achieve worthwhile output. Ensure the most appropriate and high-quality creative response to a client brief.
5.Assist creative director in supervising efficiency and quality. Can fully understand creative strategy and possess commercial ideology.
任職要求：
1. 美術.設計或相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)，3年及以上平面設計行業(yè)工作經驗；
2. 具備良好設計能力，創(chuàng)新.思維活躍，并對先進的設計理念和技術有較強的理解能力；
3. 精通Photoshop.AI.coreldraw等設計軟件，能夠設計動態(tài)圖片等（熟練使用AE者加分）
4. 工作積極有責任心，做事認真細心，有良好的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)作精神；
5. 有新穎的創(chuàng)意思路，較深厚的設計功底，善于視覺藝術傳達；
6. 有4A工作經驗，或者服務世界500強客戶Campaign經驗者優(yōu)先。

1. Art, design or related majors, at least 3 years of working experience in graphic design industry；
2. Excellent design ability, innovatiive, active in thinking, comprehensive in advanced design concept and technology;
3. Proficiency in Photoshop, AI, coreldraw and other design software, be able to design dynamic pictures, etc. (He who is proficient in employing AE is preferred)
4. Proactive, attentive and responsible, outstanding communication skills and team spirit;
5. Have edgy creative ideas, mature design skills, and is good at visual art communication;
6. 4A/world's top 500 campanies Campaign service experience is preferred.
