職位描述
崗位職責：
1. 同時負責多項目管理時間節(jié)點及質量控制；
2. 獨立撰寫整合營銷策劃方案.執(zhí)行方案，并且?guī)ьI團隊進行相關項目的方案和結案的撰寫
3. 參與和完成客戶的商務溝通，理解客戶需求，完成整合營銷項目執(zhí)行，提升客戶的服務質量和滿意度，并能保持.建立客戶關系, 負責客戶潛在及延展性需求的實現(xiàn);
4. 負責提升團隊成員的專業(yè)能力.客戶服務意識.項目服務水平；
5. 客戶溝通協(xié)調維護，準確理解客戶的需求，帶領團隊與創(chuàng)意團隊一起挖掘項目推廣創(chuàng)意和內容；
6. 管理團隊，管控項目的報價.合同.成本.執(zhí)行進度.項目結案與回款等事項
1. Responsible for timeline and quality control of multiple projects；
2. Work independently and lead team members on strategy and execution plan of IMC to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Become the key contact window of business procedure，fully understand clients' need，ensure provision of client services are of quality consistent with agency standards; establish and maintain a close and effective client relationship and fulfill most clients' extended requests;
4. Responsible for improving team members 'professional competence, customer service conciousness and quality level;
5. Facilitate in customer communication，understand exactly what clients need and contribute to creative development;
6. Manage team, supervise on campaign quotation, contract, cost, WIP status，project closing and refund.
任職要求：
1. 8年以上數(shù)字營銷公司工作經歷，2年以上新媒體經驗；具有多項目協(xié)調和把控能力；
2. 有豐富的團隊管理經驗，能帶領多人的團隊獨立工作，協(xié)調與其他部門.供應商的工作，帶領團隊完成并控制好指定項目執(zhí)行的流程與進度；對團隊成員的專業(yè)能力.服務意識進行有效的培訓和指導；
3. 本科及以上學歷，新聞.傳播.廣告.市場營銷等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先，
4. 善于發(fā)現(xiàn)洞察客戶需求，具有較強的客戶管理能力；
5. 關注時事熱點，對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新鮮事物敏感；
6. 具備極強的溝通能力.語言表達能力，有良好的時間管理能力.團隊合作精神，能承受較強的工作壓力。
7. 英語熟練，書面翻譯能力上佳者優(yōu)先；
1. At least 8 years of working experience in digital marketing company, 2 years of new media related experience; ability to coordinate multiple projects at a time;
2. Possess a wealth of team management experience, lead team to work independently, manage internal communications and external communication with vendors, media partners; ensure that all aspects of assigned project is completed in an accurate and timely way; cultivate team members' professional competence and service consciousness in an effective way;
3. Bachelor degree or above, he who majors in journalism, communication, advertising and marketing is preferred
4. Ability to see through clients' market need inside and out, along with comprehensive client management;
5. Pay close attention to current affairs and be sensitive to novelty arise from the Internet;
6. Excellent communication skills and language competence, outstanding time management skills and team spirit, ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
7. Business fluency in English；proficiency in written translation is preferred.
